 Thank you for booking your event with Sugar & Spice Sparkle Bar on Wheels. We are committed to providing you an experience that will exceed your expectations. 

Reservations:

We encourage you to reserve your event at least 2 weeks in advance. Please call to check available dates.

Deposits:

​A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all dates/times and in order to start your party planning process. 

Payment:  Deposit due at time of booking. Deposits can be made through our website it via PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo. order. Final payment is due the Wednesday prior to the party. Final payments may be made via PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo or credit card. SORRY NO CHECKS.

Late Additions :  We are more than happy to accommodate your last minute guests. However, please note that additional guests are to be paid ($50.00 each guest) for in advance, or we cannot service your additional guests.
Guests: Package Maximum 10 guests.

Rush Fee:  To ensure that your party is the best it can possibly be, we require time to plan. If you book a party within 5 days of the party date, a $100.00 rush fee will apply!

Day of Party Rescheduling:  A $75.00 fee for all time rescheduling, and must be paid prior to arriving at party. 

Cancellations and Refunds:  If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: Your deposits are non-refundable, however, if you need to reschedule, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration at a fee of  $75.00.

Photography:  Sugar & Spice Sparkle Bar on Wheels reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in any and all promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Sugar & Spice Sparkle Bar on Wheels. As a host of Sugar & Spice Sparkle Bar on Wheels, you agree that you will make no monetary or other claim against Sugar & Spice Sparkle Bar on Wheels LLC. for the use of any photographs taken of your child (or children), your home and your guests.

Costumes and Robes: All robes are made to wear over clothing. 

Waiver Form: All guests must sign and complete a service waiver form prior to the event.
